Bill began his state-sponsored video gaming career in 1992. He built, developed, and operated what became the largest portfolio of the highest performing video gaming establishments in Oregon. In 2002 he led the development of the largest multi-unit video gaming establishment chain in West Virginia. In 2010 he formed IGS and became the first terminal operator to be licensed in Illinois. His specialization and success in this industry makes him the most seasoned terminal operator in the United States. Bill believes that specialization creates value, and as a result Bill has stayed focused over 23 years working with entrepreneurs to develop the highest performing video gaming establishments within the markets they serve. Bill received his MBA from Stanford in 1986 and a Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College in 1983.
Chris oversees and manages the day to day operations at IGS. He brings a long history of entrepreneurship and operations management to his role at IGS. Prior to IGS, Chris was the director of the Venture Launch Pathway at the University of Oregon. Preceding his director position, he was the CEO of Oak Patch Gifts, a leading provider of jewelry and gift products to retailers across North America. From 1995-2000, Chris held several management positions with Raytheon Polar Services where he oversaw all personnel and cargo transport on behalf of the National Science Foundation’s U.S. Antarctic Program and spent 30 months on the Antarctic continent. Chris received his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, and received his Bachelor’s degree at The Colorado College.
With over 20 years of business experience, Emory successfully leveraged his passion for growing organizations with a cultural commitment to industry- leading excellence in service delivery. Prior to joining IGS, Emory was (progressively) the VP of Operations, President and CEO of REMPREX, LLC, a technology and operating partner to the Intermodal industry. He led REMPREX in becoming the “go-to” automation partner for the world’s largest railroads.
From 2002-2010, Emory grew his skills and experience by operating a successful consulting practice in New York City that served small to mid-market business owners in the technology marketplace with strategic advisory, HR and management consulting services. From 1997–2001, Emory was (progressively) Account Executive, Sales Manager and Vice President of custom web development for NTT / Verio, one of the world’s largest telecom and hosting service providers.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
Cliff brings over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry prior to joining IGS. Cliff’s work as a restaurant general manager lends credibility to our clients. At IGS, Cliff works with establishment owners on site selection, layout design, application support, and on-going marketing and training.
Jena brings over 13 years of experience in the gaming industry and involvement in various roles. Her experience has been heavily focused in Project Management and Process Development, as well as day to day operations of both retail gaming locations and service operation departments.
Kevin coordinates day-to-day field activity and maintains service inventory for the Chicago metro and other northern areas of the state at IGS. He currently leads a team of eight IGS technicians based out of Naperville. From his experience as a technician, Kevin retains a thorough understanding of our machines and associated systems.
Krystall is responsible for the installation and service activity across the entire state. Krystall understands the smallest details of field activities while having a larger business perspective required to run a major, critical component of the company.
Teena handles submittal/processing of regulatory documentation, machine ordering/inventory, and software tracking/distribution. Her disciplined methodology and attention to detail ensures our operations team stays on course.
Julie has worked in the gaming industry for over 20 years in a wide range of areas, including designing establishment layouts, overseeing construction, hiring and training staff, creating and implementing procedures, and developing inventory control systems.
With over 10 years of experience and a background in advertising, marketing, graphic design and social media, Kaitlin works with clients and Account Managers to develop tailored marketing plans and strategies. She manages and executes marketing campaigns and oversees the in-house marketing team.
Jennifer over sees the sales team and manages all sales leads from agreement to IGB approval and go live. Additionally, she designs many of our location’s game room layouts as well as customizes machine selections to ensure each location has the greatest potential for success and maximized profitability.
Janeen joined IGS in 2015 bringing a background of office management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. She is generally responsible for statewide Accounts Payables/Receivables, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance support functions such as license renewals.
